25th anniversary gala combined with a festive meeting of all employees. The combination of occasions helped to expose the family character and foundations of the company.

Thrilling, full of humor host – Marcin Prokop who interacted with the founders of the company, managers, the audience and his longtime TV partner Dorota Wellman. In the summary, a concert of a star with an equally long stage career.

efFECT

The fantastic perception of the event came from the idea that we managed to capture. We showed a balance between the family character of the company, which is important for the founders, and its corporate, extensive and modern structure. Forward-looking strategies and a management tool based on big data have been set on traditional and very easy-to-understand community-centric foundations.
